Jennifer Keenan serves as a fractional CEO and advisor for Corporate & Business Development, Strategy, Negotiations, Deals & Transactions. She has 20+ years of experience in data-based systems, digital and commercial products industries, leadership and management. She helps companies in life sciences, healthcare and technology innovate, strategize and build partnerships. She funded and led the startup of Zorya Inc. in 2020 after an asset conversion, and previously, developed new products in a digital product portfolio for a subsidiary launch within a publicly traded company. The products set standards for digital-first medical equipment and pharma solutions for a pharmacy benefit management company and within one year (fourth quarter of 2020) recorded revenues of $5.9B. Her track record is demonstrated by: integration, innovation and sourcing for growth in three companies; six startups in three continents; corporate ventures in three healthcare corporations; board positions at three organizations.
Prior to 2013, she was extremely involved in nonprofits and politics (mostly prominent business people and large donors).
Prior to 2007, she was an executive in labor & advocacy by age 27 in Michigan and ended in a role equivalent to an elected official. She relocated west after a life event (a parent passed very early).
Jennifer holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Michigan State University, an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon and once held the public honor of being an opening speaker for an Oregon State Governor and US President both noteworthy for their transformational impacts on healthcare.
